How can I be sure I'll be collected?

Not to worry, we always monitor all active trips and flight times and will adjust if your flight is running early or late. As long as your shuttle has been booked and you have received confirmation of payment and booking, it's all good - we'll be there.

Will the car I've chosen definitely be available?

We run a fleet of different vehicles, which means that sometimes your chosen vehicle may not be available for the day (maintenance etc.) in which case a vehicle of equal or better calibre will be used. 

Why aren't your shuttles branded?

With crime trends in SA a lot of our clients asked us for discreet shuttles. We've listened and use unmarked/unbranded vehicles for personal safety.

Will we need to collect other passengers on the way to my destination?

NO. We are an exclusive and private shuttle service and unless it's something you've requested, we won't be picking up anyone else.

Do I have to do payment online?

You can select "cash to driver" when confirming your booking and pay the driver directly. Naturally we prefer electronic transactions to reduce the risk involved in carrying cash. Unfortunately our drivers do not carry or accept foreign currencies due to banking laws in SA. If you're a regular client, please contact us for an account application and we will send you the necessary paperwork to open an account for your company. 

Is it safe to book and pay online?

Absolutely. We offer online payments via a secure and reputable payment gateway called Payfast. Payfast offers multiple payment options via debit card, credit card or EFT payment for your convenience. By using our online system you get immediate confirmation of payment and your booking is done and dusted. Simple and effective.
